Delicious recipe for a gluten-free pizza. You can choose the toppings you want, so you can still enjoy it without losing sleep over it (literally).



ingredients: (2pers)

- 240g oat flour

- 2 eggs

- 200 ml of water

- 2 tablespoons pizza herbs


roadmap :


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Mix the flour, two eggs and water until combined.

  3. Add the herbs

  4. Grease the baking tray

  5. Spread the mix on the greased baking tray

  6. Put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes

  7. Add a layer of tomato sauce

  8. Place a number of slices of onions, tomatoes, peppers, mozzarella, canned chicken or tuna on top

  9. put it back in the oven for a few minutes

  10. Lets eat!
